Q. What is the return policy?

N‛eco’s has a hassle free and trustworthy returns policy that is FREE of charge for all orders within Paksitan. You can contact N‛eco’s Customer Services or email us at necosnaturals@gmail.com.

Major Cities in Pakistan

Return requests originating from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Hyderabad and Peshawar are handled via eShipped. Returning a product from these cities involves:

  1. Call N‛eco’s Customer Service and request return.
  2. Tell us in written the reason for returning the item.
  3. Our courier partner is instructed to collect the items from you.
  4. We will send a replacement item in exchange OR
  5. We will issue you a refund coupon once the items reach our warehouse. You can use that coupon to order the same item in a different size or order any other item that you like.

Everywhere Else in Pakistan

For all remaining areas within Pakistan, customers who wish to return items are required to do the following:

  1. Take the item to any TCS office near you.(You will not have to pay for anything!)
  2. Inform the staff that the item is to be charged against N‛eco’s account number ?
  3. TCS staff will immediately provide you with a tracking code for your item.
  4. Once you have the tracking code, inform N‛eco’s Customer Services.
  5.  We will not keep you waiting! A refund voucher will be directly issued to you once you provide us the TCS tracking code.

International Customers

Unfortunately, there is a strict no-returns policy for International Orders.

Q. I need to cancel my order, how is it possible?

At N‛eco’s, our most important rule is that you feel comfortable buying the items you want. If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch most orders within 24 hours so be sure to let us know about any cancellations at your earliest.

Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day so it is important that you notify us at a much earlier stage. If this is the case, please send an order cancellation request to N‛eco’s Customer Service

If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
